Whether you are planning an exotic vacation or a fishing trip across the border, you will soon need a passport to reenter the United States. It takes an average of six weeks from the date of application to receive your passport, so if you are planning a trip, visit the Roseville License Center early.

Special Passport Applications
Hand-carry and special-circumstance applications (i.e. Peace Corps, military, special no-fee passports), require an appointment. Appointments will be scheduled Monday through Friday only.
Federal fees are listed on the state department website. The City of Roseville fees:
Agent Processing Fee - $25
Photo Fee Available - $15
Federal fees must be paid for with a check or money order only. City of Roseville fees may be paid for with cash or Minnesota check.
The Roseville Passport Center will be closed on Saturday, May 27 and Monday, May 29 for the Memorial Day weekend.
