Auto Theft/Theft From Auto Prevention

The Safety of Your Vehicles & Possessions
Roseville Police remind you to keep your vehicle and your possessions safe. Always lock your car.

Valuables in Your Vehicle
Do not leave valuables in your vehicle. Thieves know that visitors to local attractions such as parks, restaurants, shopping centers, gyms and churches often leave purses, cell phones, laptops, GPS devices and other valuables in their vehicles making parking lots easy targets.

Consider carrying your valuables with you or leaving them at home. If you must leave them in your vehicle, always hide them or place them in the truck before arriving to your destination. Thieves watch for people placing items under their seat or in the trunk.
