Harriet Alexander Nature Center

After several months of disruption, the Nature Center building is back open during our usual hours. Come see the fabulous new tree display!

The Harriet Alexander Nature Center (HANC) is an oasis nestled within the borders of Roseville’s Central Park.

There is a boardwalk and trails that circulate through 52 acres of marsh, prairie and forest habitats. During your visit to HANC you might find migrating songbirds, towering prairie grasses, rows of painted turtles, or cottontail rabbits. Please note that while the older section of boardwalk remains accessible, the long-anticipated new boardwalk sections will be ready for you to walk on by early April.

Please note that the Google map, below, has incorrectly labeled (and spelled) HANC as the "Central Park Nature Conservatory."
