A contractor license is required to perform work in the City of Roseville unless the contractor is currently licensed by the State of Minnesota. The City also requires any company that removes or trims trees from public or private property to hold a Tree Care Registry with the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. Read More

The City of Roseville licenses several different types of businesses that operate within its borders. Roseville’s licensing regulations may be found in Chapters 301-311 and Chapters 402-403 of the City Code.
