Notice is given that the Variance Board will hold a meeting at City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, at 5:30 p.m. on November 2, 2016, to consider:

Planning File 16-029: Request by Calyxt, Inc. for a Variance to City Code §1011.08 (Fences in All Districts) to allow a six-foot fence in the front yard at 2800 Mount Ridge Road; legal description is on file in the Community Development Dept.
