mIf you are a participating unit in this year's parade, please be sure you and everyone in your group have read the Rosefest Parade Rules and are prepared to adhere to them. Download link below. We need to emphasize, no throwing candy to the kids - you can hand it to them individually but we don't want them running into the streets to pick up thrown candy and thus possibly endanger themselves.
