Leaf Recycling Center

Rules
The City of Roseville maintains a leaf recycling center on the east side of Dale Street, just south of County Road C. Roseville residents may drop off leaves at the recycling center during the spring and again in the fall. Bags must be emptied and taken away, even biodegradable bags, as the compost piles don’t get hot enough to break them down.

Regulations
Only leaves are accepted at this site. Per city Code, no dumping allowed.
Any person violating any provision of the city Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000, or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or both, or any different amounts adopted by statute. In either case the costs of prosecution may be added [1]. (Ord. 1067, 9-25-89; amd. 1995 Code)
