Chair Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Yoga for the Heart classes are appropriate for people of all ages and fitness levels, beginners welcome! Please bring a yoga mat.
Not sure you can commit to a full series of classes? You may pay per class for only $15/day.
All classes are instructed by Susan Perry. She is the founding member and owner of Live Big 365, an inspirational integrative yoga and wellness practice that helps to heal the mind, body and spirit. Susan is a certified, Kripalu and Integrative yoga therapy-trained yoga instructor and certified yoga therapist with over 700 hours of yoga teacher and therapy training.
Autumn Grove Park BuildingChair yoga is a total body workout using breath, meditation and chair postures to align and integrate the mind, body and inner energy. Students feel energized yet peaceful, exercised and inspired. Great for all ages and levels and does not require any floor work.
