1. Call to Order
Mayor Roe called to order the special
meeting of the Roseville City Council at 6:00 pm.

Roll Call
Councilmembers Pust, Willmus,
McGehee, Johnson, Mayor Roe and City Manager William Malinen were present.
3. Motion
to Close Meeting
Mayor
Roe asked City Manager Malinen whether he wished to exercise his option, per
statute, to have the meeting open. Mr. Malinen responded that he did not
wish to.
Johnson moved, McGehee seconded,
to close the meeting in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.05,
Subdivision 3, Paragraph (a).

McGehee moved, Willmus seconded,
to re-open the meeting.
