COVID-19 Help for Businesses


The City of Roseville has compiled the following information for businesses to help answer questions and assist those seeking help accessing services and resources, including recovery, tax relief, and loan options.

Coronavirus Survey for Roseville Businesses

Note: Please review our guidance on the Governor’s Emergency Executive Order 20-20 to determine if your business can remain open or must close. 

Governor Tim Walz has issued Executive Order 20-56 which allows non-critical customer-facing businesses to open beginning May 18, 2020. These businesses are able to open at 50% of "normal occupancy" as determined by the fire marshal. The Fire Department provides information to determine a business’s occupancy load.
