Milwaukee has long been known as the “City of Steeples,” and now it is becoming known as the “City of Chocolate.” Roseville Parks and Recreation invites you on a virtual Milwaukee Chocolate and Churches Tour.
Join us on Tuesday, March 16 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. for a virtual tour of three historic churches. We’ll be joined by Chocolate Sommelier Karen Duffy, owner of ChocolateMKE. Duffy travels the world to personally taste and hand-select the finest chocolates. While enjoying a tour of historic churches, she will guide participants through the chocolate making process which includes tasting white (cocoa butter), cocoa powder, milk and dark chocolate from around the world.
Participants will receive a variety of chocolate products from ChocolateMKE prior to the event. Boxes will be shipped directly to participants’ homes and will serve up to two people. Participants must have internet access and be able to sign into the Zoom webinar platform to join this adventure. Cost is $77.
For more information and to register, visit www.cityofroseville.com/registration or call Roseville Parks and Recreation at 651-792-7110. Please register by March 3 to ensure that chocolates are delivered in time.
