Surface Water Management Plan

Cities in Minnesota are required to have a local water management plan, capital improvement program, and official controls to bring local water management into conformance with local watershed district plans. Roseville’s Comprehensive Surface Water Management Plan (CSWMP) describes Roseville’s current surface water resources (e.g., lakes, ponds, wetlands). It establishes the overall goals and policies to manage surface water throughout the City. Read more

AARP Tax-Aide

Visit Roseville City Hall for assistance to complete your taxes. Volunteers will help senior citizens and low-to-moderate income individuals or families complete their taxes February 7 through April 11. AARP Tax-Aide is a free, confidential service provided by community volunteers who are trained tax preparers. Natural Resources Renewal

Help Maintain Roseville Parks

Make an impact on Roseville parks and natural resources. Roseville is looking for volunteers to join our Natural Resources Renewal efforts. On February 18, we‘re looking for volunteers to help to drag and stack pre-cut buckthorn at Howard Johnson Park. Each month, Roseville hosts a volunteer opportunity at one of the local parks. It includes an educational component and status update of the overall natural resource restoration efforts. Read more
