New Community Building

Big changes are coming to Cedarholm Golf Course. After a year of community input, the City Council approved construction of a new community building located at the course during its Monday, August 14 meeting. The Council voted 4-0, with one abstention, to approve the project, which will replace the current golf course clubhouse with a 5,000-square foot community building and golf cart storage facility. Read more

Help Us Plan Two New Parks

Roseville will soon be welcoming two new parks to its award-winning system – 1716 Marion St. in southeast Roseville and 2132 Cleveland Ave. on the west side of the city. But before they are officially opened there’s lots of planning to do. City staff and park architects will be gathering feedback at a number of community input sessions and are interested in hearing the thoughts of Roseville residents. Read more

Looking for an opportunity to get involved in city government? The City Council is seeking applicants for a vacancy on the Human Rights, Inclusion and Engagement Commission (HRIEC). The HRIEC encourages full participation in the affairs of the City and advises the City Council on programs and efforts that could improve civic engagement and community relations, and human rights.The deadline to apply is September 13. Read more

Gymnastics Classes

Kids, looking for some fun? Roseville Parks and Recreation invites you to an exciting season of gymnastics. Classes begin the week of September 11 at the Roseville Gymnastics Center, 1238 County Road B2. Roseville Gymnastics offers classes for girls ages 3 to 14 years. Preschool classes available for boys and girls ages 3 to 5. Participants are divided into classes based on skill level. Weekday, weekend, daytime and evening classes are available. Read more

Safety Awareness

Safety Awareness and Self Defense

Enroll in a safety awareness and self-defense class and you will benefit from the skills learned for years to come. Anyone, five years and older, is invited to take this class, including teens and adults. Participants will improve concentration, increase strength and balance and enhance coordination. Classes meet Thursday evenings from September 21 to November 16 (no classes October 12 and 19). Read more
