Schools Open Soon – Watch for Kids

School opening is around the corner, so it’s a good time to review the rules of the road. Roseville Police remind you to slow down in school zones. Watch for kids (and adults) walking or riding and look for crossing guards, safety patrols and school buses. It is illegal for vehicles driving in either directions to pass a school bus that has its red lights flashing or its stop arm extended. The speed limit on most city streets is posted. If it is not posted the speed limit is 30 mph. Read more
