County Road B (West of Cleveland) Reconstruction Project

Week of October 7

  • Paving of the new trail and asphalt driveways along County Road B is scheduled to begin on Monday, October 7, and final concrete work on Thursday, October 10.
  • Restoration behind new curb along the mill and overlay streets scheduled to begin on Wednesday, October 9.
  • Mucking of the pond at the north end of Fulham is complete.
  • Residents along County Road B should have received a form to indicate restoration preferences. Please contact Jennifer.Lowry@cityofroseville.com with questions.

Week of October 14

  • Restoration begins along County Road B.
  • Installation of salvaged mailboxes.
  • Milling of Eustis Street, St. Croix Street, St. Stephen Street, Fairways Lane, Fulham Street, Midland View Court, Acorn Road, Hwy 36 Service Drive, Cleveland Service Drive, and Midland Grove Road.

2024 Pavement Management Project

Week of October 7

  • See County Road B Reconstruction update above on roads near the County Road B reconstruction, including Midland Grove Road.

Sanitary Sewer Lining

  • The project is complete.

South McCarrons Retaining Wall Project

Week of October 7

  • Concrete placement is complete.
  • Staining and restoration is expected to be complete in the next few weeks.
  • South McCarrons Blvd remains closed from Glenwood to Woodruff, but the trail remains open.

Acorn Park Pathways

Week of October 7

  • City staff and contractors intend to resurface the pathways October 9 – 18.
