The Housing & Redevelopment Authority was created in 2002 by the City Council to ensure the availability of housing options in Roseville. The HRA Board is composed of seven members and is a separate entity with legal authority established under Minnesota Statutes 469.001 to 469.047.

The mission of the HRA is to plan, implement, and manage housing projects and activities for citizens by providing equal opportunities for quality, decent, safe homes, and a suitable living environment; and strengthening partnerships among all levels of government, non-profit and for-profit organizations to maximize social and economic benefits.

Meetings of the HRA are held at Roseville City Hall on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 6:00 pm.
