The 2030 Comprehensive Plan is the City's general policy guide for a broad set of topics, including land use, transportation, housing, neighborhoods, economic development, redevelopment, environmental protection, parks and recreation, and utilities. The goals and policies identified in this plan help Roseville achieve the community vision that was created through the Imagine Roseville 2025 process. The City Council adopted the 2030 Comprehesive Plan on October 26, 2009.
