Blood Pressure Checks
Blood Pressure Check
Do you know what your blood pressure is? Why it’s important to find out? High blood pressure is often called an invisible disease because it has no visible symptoms; however, high blood pressure poses a serious health risk because it forces your heart to work extra hard. If you suffer from high blood pressure your blood vessels could be damaged with each beat of your heart, and it can lead to a stroke or a heart attack.

Roseville Firefighters conduct free blood pressure checks daily from 1:00 to 6:00 pm at Fire Station #3, 2335 Dale Street unless they are on a fire call. The firefighters will provide you with a card to record your blood pressure. If your blood pressure is high over a few visits, please see your doctor. High blood pressure can be treated through changes to your lifestyle or through medication.
