Zoning Code Update
The City of Roseville is currently engaged in a major update of its zoning ordinance, which is largely the original 1959 ordinance with many modifications over the years. With the adoption in September 2009 of the new Comprehensive Plan, the City must update the zoning ordinance to be consistent with the Plan.

Public Hearings
June 2, 2010:  City Council Chambers, 6:30 pm
On Wednesday, June 2, 2010 the Roseville Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider an update of the Official Zoning Map to be consistent with the new 2030 Comprehensive Plan. The Zoning Map update will change the names of all residential, commercial, and mixed use districts.

At the same meeting, the Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing regarding new regulations for all residential, commercial, and mixed use districts.

Community Open Houses
Open House 1: Update Process
On February 4, 2010, the City hosted an open house to discuss the Zoning Code rewriting process and solicit input from the community on problems they may have with the existing Zoning Code.

The second community open house was held on Thursday, March 25 at City Hall to discuss the proposed Residential, Business, and Community Mixed Use zoning districts.
