Run for the Roses 5K & Kids Fun Run

Sprint, jog or walk your way through Roseville's beautiful Central Park in the Run for the Roses 5K & Kids Fun Run! This race offers a perfect blend of challenge and accessibility, making it an ideal race for seasoned runners, beginners alike or the entire family! All participants will receive a race shirt and red rose! Youth (ages 2-14) have the option of participating in the 1/2 mile (OVAL track) or 1 mile race (through Howard Johnson park).

General Race Information

8:00am= 5k Race

9am= Kids Fun Run (2 options)

- 1/2 Mile Option (younger children): Race two times around the OVAL track (400 m track)

- 1 Mile Option (slightly shorter): Race will begin on OVAL track and lead runners around the pathway of the Howard Johnson Park (pond)

Participants of the Kids Fun Run will also receive race t-shirt and medal

Packet Pickup: Friday, June 27 between- 8 am - 5:30 pm or Saturday, June 28 between 7am - 7:45am in the Rose room at the Roseville Skating Center. All racers are encouraged to pick up their bib and t-shirts Friday, prior to race morning.

Parking: Roseville Skating Center. Please arrive early, as Cty Rd C will get shut down around 7:40 am. Race starting line is on Co. Rd. C, east of Hamline Ave.

Race Starting Line: On County Rd C, east of Hamline Ave. Racers encouraged to utilize restrooms at Roseville Skating Center prior to race. (Limited rest rooms also located in Howard Johnson Park, north side of park near parking lot)

Awards: Overall finishers for top male/female finishers of each age category will receive awards- age categories: 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
