COVID-19 Emergency Preparedness Updates

On March 13, 2020, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz declared a statewide peacetime emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Days later, on March 16, 2020, City of Roseville Mayor Dan Roe declared a local emergency due to the pandemic and the City Council extended the local emergency until May 15, 2020.

Since April 13, 2020, city staff have been providing the City Council and the public an update regarding the effect of COVID-19 in the Roseville community and its impact on city operations at every City Council meeting.

These Emergency Preparedness updates are presented to inform the public and the City Council of the effect of COVID-19 in the community on city operations and the mitigating steps taken by city staff to mitigate those impacts.
