This process builds on detailed operational review of key City services such as Licensing and Maintenance, with the goal of establishing planning recommendations for the civic campus that:
- Address space needs with recommendations for facility sizing, renovations, and growth.
- Support functionality with recommendations for key adjacencies.
- Provides clear and convenient access for citizens with revised planning of key service areas and parking.
- Enhance the overall quality of place, indoors and out, with an overall vision for a unified civic campus.
The city invites all residents to participate in the review process and provide their feedback by visiting an
interactive website where you can view and comment on current concepts and answer some survey questions about the campus and potential impacts.
.
Once resident input is analyzed, the project team will produce a draft recommendation for presentation to the City Council on July 20. A further update to the community that includes Council recommendations will be issued by August 13, with the completed master plan report submitted in September.
