Chair yoga is a total body workout using breath, meditation and chair postures to align and integrate the mind, body and inner energy. Students feel energized yet peaceful, exercised and inspired. Great for all ages, levels and does not require any floor work. Instructor: Elizabeth Fletcher

Yoga Bootcamp

Imagine a combination of Biggest Loser, Amazing Race and Survivor adrenaline, mixed with the inner stillness of yoga and you’ll start to understand the flavor of YOGA BODY BOOT CAMP – an ever-evolving workout that will blow your mind AND body. Crazy fun combined with yoga asana, fitness boot camp stations and whole new brain chemistry. Instead of the runner’s high, we’ll explore the different brainwave states. Instructor: Alicia Bina

Indoor Walking Track


Roseville Skating Center

    Open Year-Round     FREE

The track circles the upper level of the indoor ice arena and is 1/7 mile around. Rubber flooring provides a safe walking surface. The indoor walking track is open daily during arena hours & closed during paid admission events and special events.
