Roseville Candidates Announced

Three candidates filed for Roseville Mayor and six candidates have filed for two City Council seats. The city will hold a primary on Tuesday, August 14 to narrow the field for the November general election.

The city primary will reduce to pool to four candidates for the two city council seats and two candidates for the mayor’s seat. The general election will take place on Tuesday, November 6.

Candidates for City Council, in alphabetical order:
• Jim Bull
• Wayne Groff
• Abel Aaron Nelson
• Dannah Thompson
• Vince Trovato
• Bob Willmus

Candidates for Mayor, in alphabetical order:
• Tammy McGehee
• Dan Roe
• Brett Rose

Under state law, candidates have until Thursday, June 7 at 5:00 to withdraw from office. The official list of candidates will be available at www.cityofroseville.com/elections. Call Ramsey County Elections at 651-266-2171 if you have questions.
