Awards and Recognitions

APPROVED Hispanic Heritage Month proclamation for September 15 - October 15

Business Items

APPROVED Brama Vistas preliminary plat (with the following condition:
- Enter into a public improvement contract and encroachment agreement regarding the construction of water and sewer utilities and establish a homeowners association for the maintenance of the storm water management BMPs and shared driveway.
- Sprinkler systems shall be installed in the twinhomes
- Applicant shall dedicate cash in lieu of park land in the amount of $21,250 prior to filing the plat at Ramsey County
- All lots shall meet the minimum lot size of 5,500 square feet
AMENDED Chapter 201 of City Code relating to youth commissioners, and declared vacancies for youth commissioners on various commissions
APPROVED consent agenda items including: temporary gambling permit for Rosetown American Legion, final payment for Lexington watermain improvements project, and limited term positions for Metro-INET
