- Mayor Dan Roe and Councilmembers Wayne Groff and Robin Schroeder took their Oath of Office to serve on the City Council
- Proclaimed Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Received presentation from League of Women Voters Roseville Area on the City ADA compliance
- Received Update on City-wide Community Visioning Process
- Approved Public Works 2023 Work Plan
- Appointed Councilmember Jason Etten as Acting Mayor for 2023
- Appointed City Council Liaisons to various commissions and community groups
- Discussed City Council and Advisory Commission Rules of Procedure and made no changes
- Declared Vacancies on City Commissions for 2023
- Adopted a Resolution supporting the creation of a local sales tax in Roseville
- Adopted Roseville’s 2023 Legislative Priorities
- Authorized City Manager to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with IAFF Local 5051 Recognizing Juneteenth as a Holiday
- Adopted Resolution in Support of Less Mow May
