Volunteer and get your hands dirty. Roseville is seeking big-hearted volunteers to plant, weed, mulch, water and so much more at the edible orchard and the Muriel Sahlin Arboretum. Even if your thumbs aren’t so green, you can help. Whether you can donate an hour or are looking for an ongoing volunteer opportunity, we’ll find something for you to do. Volunteers can work alongside staff on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., or independently evening or weekends. Read more

Puppet Wagon

Puppet Wagon Visits your Park

Kids, visit your local park for free puppet wagon show. Puppet shows provide laughs and a chance for kids to make new friends. New shows each week offer fun and surprises. The Roseville Puppet Wagon will present 15 minute shows on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at local parks starting June 20 through August 10, with a puppet wagon preview party on June 15 at 6:30 p.m. at Kinderberry Hill, 2360 Lexington Ave. N. School’s almost out. Grab your friends and fill your Fridays with fun. Spend your summer with Roseville Parks and Recreation. Each Friday we offer exciting adventures to kid-friendly hotspots. Days are packed with activities to entertain kids six years and older. Trips are chaperoned by attentive staff, but please use your discretion to decide whether your child is mature enough to attend events on his/her own.
