Park Safety

Roseville Police remind you to plan carefully before visiting a park, both locally and while traveling. Do not leave valuables in your vehicle. Thieves know that visitors often leave purses, cell phones, laptops, GPS devices and other valuables in their vehicles while hiking or picnicking, so vehicles in parking lots become easy targets. Consider wearing a backpack to carry your valuables. If you don’t want to carry them, leave them at home. Read more

Enjoy temperatures hovering around 55º and take a free walk around the Indoor Ice Arena. The walking track can be used whenever the Skating Center is open and school hockey games are not being played. Seven times around makes a mile – it’s a cool way to spend a hot day! If walking is not your thing, grab a pair of skates and take a spin on the ice. Read more
