County Road C

County Road C Reconstruction

Ramsey County plans to reconstruct a section of road along County Road C between New Brighton Boulevard and Long Lake Road in the spring of 2019 and are hosting two meetings to share information about the project in December. The work will include utility upgrades, addition of a paved trail and placement of new pavement. The City of Roseville and Ramsey County invites business and community representatives to attend the meetings. Read more

Land Use Open Houses

The City of Roseville invites residents to a series of open houses to discuss proposed changes to the future land use plan affecting properties throughout the city in December. The proposed changes are part of Roseville’s 2040 Comprehensive Plan update. A comprehensive plan is a city’s guide for long-term growth, redevelopment and improvements. Cities review and update the plan every ten years to ensure that it continues to reflect the community’s collective vision. Read more

Hands-Only CPR

Hands-Only CPR Class 

Roseville firefighters are offering free, hands-only cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) classes each month. This month class will be on December 13. Classes meet at the Roseville Fire Station, 2701 Lexington Ave. Firefighters teach an easy-to-learn two-step, hands-only CPR process. Hands-Only CPR is CPR without mouth-to-mouth breaths. It can be used temporarily until professional help arrives. Read more

Dementia: Caring & Coping

Are there strategies for dealing with the ongoing losses of living with dementia? Find out at 1 p.m. on Thursday, December 14 at the Ramsey County Library in Roseville, 2180 Hamline Ave. N. The presentation by grief and family educator Ted Bowman is the final Dementia: Caring & Coping event of 2017 and focuses on providing perspectives and tools for care partners of those living with dementia. Read more

Council Sets 2018 Meeting Schedule

The Roseville City Council has set its meeting schedule for 2018. Council meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive. Meetings are open to the public. The meetings are also broadcast live on Cable Channel 16 and are streamed at online. Meeting agendas and packets are available on the city website by Friday before each meeting. Residents can sign up to be notified once packets are posted. Read more
