Early Voting

Early Voting Available

There is a primary election for Roseville Mayor and City Council and several federal, state and judicial offices on August 14. Beginning August 7, Roseville residents can vote early at the Ramsey County Library in Roseville, 2180 Hamline Ave., and 10 other early voting stations located throughout Ramsey County. A person may register to vote, complete the absentee ballot application, and vote all at the same time. Read more

Rice-Larpenteur Vision Plan

The Roseville City Council approved a visioning plan to revitalize Rice St and Larpenteur at its July 23 meeting. The plan identified short-term (2-4 years) and long-term goals (4-15 years) to revitalize the area. In 2016, the City of Roseville identified revitalizing southeast Roseville as one of its top priorities. In 2017, Roseville joined with the cities of Maplewood and St. Paul and Ramsey County to develop a shared community vision for improvements to the area that borders the three cities. Read more

Trapping Ordinance

City Passes Trapping Ordinance

The Roseville City Council recently passed an ordinance prohibiting trapping or snaring animals within the city, including in city parks. The ban was put into place to protect residents from injury by hazardous devices and to protect domestic animals, pets and non-nuisance wildlife from injury that may result from unregulated trapping and snaring. The ordinance allows trapping in certain situations including using a cage trap and releasing the animal without significant harm. Read more

New Park Open Houses

Learn what’s happening with Roseville’s newest parks. The City of Roseville invites you to open houses on Tuesday, July 31 and Wednesday, August 1 at 6:00 p.m. to learn about plans for the two new parks. The open house for 1716 Marion St. will be at the new park location. Construction on the new Marion St. Park will begin in August, with laying the cement and asphalt completed in September. On October 13, the city will host a volunteer playground build. Read more

Lemonade Stands

Fire Department Lemonade Stands

Get to know your neighbors! Join the Roseville Fire Department for some lemonade and meet your neighbors. Roseville firefighters are hosting two lemonade stands in the upcoming weeks. On Wednesday, August 8, firefighters will be at the cul-de-sac at 1735 of Woodbridge Court, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. and on Thursday, August 16, firefighters will be at 2835 Pascal St. from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Read more

Friday Funtastic Field Trips

Kids, summer is going fast, but we still have lots of fun in store for you. Grab your friends and fill your Fridays with fun. Spend your Fridays with Roseville Parks and Recreation. Each Friday we offer exciting adventures to kid-friendly hotspots. Days are packed with activities to entertain kids six years and older. Trips are chaperoned by attentive staff, but please use your discretion to decide whether your child is mature enough to attend events on their own. Read more
