Tapped and Uncorked!

Beer aficionados and wine enthusiasts, join us for tapped and uncorked. The Friends of Roseville Parks Foundation (FOR Parks) invites you to a special evening of sampling on Friday, September 28 at the OVAL. In addition to special releases and casks from local craft breweries, distilleries and cideries, a variety of foods will be available to purchase from food trucks and local restaurants. Attendees can play some fun games while enjoying music by the Free and Easy Band. Read more

Absentee and Early Voting

Absentee voting for the 2018 general election begins September 21. Ramsey County voters wishing to take advantage of absentee voting options may cast their ballot in person or through the mail. Beginning October 30 through November 5, Ramsey County residents may vote in person at any of the early voting locations located throughout the County. Read more

Build a Pump Track

Help Build a Bicycle Pump Track

The Parks and Recreation Department is working with residents to build a bicycle pump track at Autumn Grove Park September 24-27. They're looking for volunteers to help move dirt and build the pump track course. What is a pump track? A pump track is a small bicycle track with hills, banking and fun challenges for young children (ages 2 to 9 years) to learn how to ride a bike. Groups, individuals, and families are encouraged to participate. Solar Power Hour

Are you interested in learning if installing solar panels would work for you? The Midwest Renewable Energy Association (MREA) offers a program to help homeowners and businesses buy power and secure discounts. The MREA program makes installing solar panels more affordable. MREA and the City of Roseville invite residents to a free Solar Power Hour information session on October 2. Participants will learn solar basics, financial implications and available incentives. Learning with Lego

Kids, join us for a fun after school program using Lego blocks to explore engineering concepts. You’ll build a dragster and a balancing beam and design your own catapult. Once the design and build process is complete, you'll play, experiment, modify and have fun with your newly built creations. We’re offering an after school class at three Roseville schools.
