City Offices Closed Presidents Day 

Roseville City offices, including the License and Passport Center, will be closed on Monday, February 18, in observance of Presidents Day. Roseville Police and Fire remain on duty. Garbage and recycling services will not be affected by the holiday.


State of the City

State of the City 

The City of Roseville invites you to hear Mayor Dan Roe present the State of the City Address. Mayor Roe will give the address during the Roseville Business Council meeting at the Builders Association of the Twin Cities on Wednesday, February 27, at 7:30 a.m. He will reflect on the past year’s accomplishments and challenges and look forward to what will be happening in the community in 2019. Mayor Roe’s speech will be shown live on Facebook and replayed on Cable Channel 16. Read more

Normal Aging or Dementia?

The Roseville Alzheimer's and Dementia Community Action Team February Dementia: Caring & Coping presentation Normal Aging or Dementia takes place this Thursday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Roseville Library. Memory loss is not necessarily dementia. RSVL A/D’s February presentation will discuss the importance of an accurate diagnosis. Misdiagnosis or symptoms can be related to hearing loss, other causes such as autoimmune disease or various medications. Read more

Wild Viewing Party

Come Cheer on the Wild

Come cheer on the Minnesota Wild right here in Roseville. Join us at the OVAL, 2661 Civic Center Drive, on Friday, February 22 for the official viewing party when the Wild take on the Detroit Red Wings at 6:30 p.m. The viewing party, presented by Fox Sports North, will feature public skating and open hockey on the OVAL ice, special giveaways from the Wild and other fun events, all while the big game is broadcast on the OVAL’s giant videoboard. Read more

Does your home need exterior painting or maintenance assistance? You may be eligible for free assistance. Hearts & Hammers provides exterior home improvement help for senior citizens, disabled adults, and veterans. Previously known as Metro Paint-A-Thon, Hearts & Hammers marshals thousands of volunteers to provide exterior painting and maintenance assistance for homeowners throughout the seven-county metro area each year from June 1 to September 21. Read more

Kid Create Studio Camps

Kids, looking for some fun over spring break? Roseville Parks and Recreation is offering three creative arts classes at Oasis Park, 1700 County Road C2. Dig your hands into some ooey gooey clay, create snow globes, butterflies and other art pieces using a variety of art supplies or get silly with slime. Please dress to get messy and bring a nut-free snack.

Skating Season Ending Soon

Pull out the ice skates for another go-round the rink. Winter will be ending soon and so will skating at Roseville’s outdoor skating rinks. Warming houses at the outdoor rinks will be staffed through mid-February. As the days warm up, it’s more difficult to keep the ice in good skating condition, but the city will maintain the ice as long as the weather allows. Skaters can enjoy skating at the OVAL through March 3 and year round at Roseville’s Indoor Skating Arena, 2661 Civic Center Dr. Read more

Quilt Display

Quilting returns to City Hall. Stop in and see the artistry of the Minnesota Contemporary Quilters. You will find beautiful wall quilts throughout City Hall. The quilts are from the Minnesota Contemporary Quilters 2018 challenge of works inspired by their favorite artists. The quilts will be on display through April 9. City Hall is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday. Read more
