2020 Budget Process

2020 Budget Process Underway

The City of Roseville's annual budget is approximately $55.5 million. With this level of investment, it’s important for residents and businesses to let the city know if the budget reflects the community’s priorities. Over the next several months, the City Council will hold meetings to listen to the community, identify priorities, review strategies and set the 2020 budget. In addition, the Finance Commission, which meets monthly, will discuss the budget at several of its meetings. Read more

Clean Up Day

Clean Up Day is coming. Roseville residents can bring unwanted items to the Dale Street Soccer Fields parking lot, 2555 Dale St., for Roseville's Clean Up Day on Saturday, April 27. Crews will be there from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to help residents dispose of unwanted household items. If you have a load of junk and another item on the list such as a TV, you will be charged for both items. TVs and other items specifically mentioned require special handling. Read more

Medication Disposal

Medication Disposal

Roseville police officers are often asked what a person can do with unused or unwanted medication. The City of Roseville and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) are collect unwanted medications on April 27. In the past, people were told to dump medications down the drain or put in the trash. We now know these options could have serious consequences. Bring expired, unused or unwanted prescription and over-the-counter medication to Rosedale Center at the Macy’s overflow lot. Read more

Help Maintain Roseville Parks

Make an impact on Roseville parks and natural resources. On Saturday, April 20, from 10 a.m. to noon, we‘re looking for volunteers to plant bur oak, swamp white oak and Kentucky coffee trees at Reservoir Woods Park. Each month, Roseville hosts a volunteer opportunity at one of the local parks as part of the natural resources renewal project. It includes an educational component and status update of the overall natural resource restoration efforts. Read more

Earth Day

Earth Day at HANC

Celebrate Earth Day. Join us at Harriet Alexander Nature Center (HANC) on Saturday, April 20 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for a fun-filled day that celebrates our planet. Activities include music, parade, crafts and tours. Participants can help plant a tree and butterfly-friendly plants and enjoy a piece of Earth Day birthday cake. The first 100 guests (one per family) will receive a Chinook Book, thanks to a donation from Music Go Round.

Help End to Human Trafficking

Join the Roseville Police and Ramsey County Attorney John Choi on Monday, April 29, at Bent Brewstillery to learn more about what is being done to disrupt human trafficking in Roseville and Ramsey County. The Roseville Police Foundation is hosting a fundraiser support the Roseville Collaboration to Fight Human Trafficking; a partnership that includes members of the community, law enforcement and social service agencies.
