Park Shelter Reservations
Whether you are planning a small gathering, a reception, a business function or family picnic, Roseville has a facility for you. Four Central Park shelters are available for rental April 15 - October 15 (exception: Lions shelter is available May 1 - September 30). Each location includes kitchen facilities, restrooms, and other park amenities. Please note we require a 14-day notice to reserve shelters.
2025 Outdoor Picnic Shelter reservations will open Thursday, January 2. In-person reservations will begin at 8am at City Hall (2660 Civic Center Drive). Phone and online reservations will begin at 11am by phone at 651-792-7006 or online through ACTIVE Network portal.
**Due to limitations with our reservation system, rental permits will not accurately reflect the change we've started in 2024. For weekday rentals only (Monday-Thursday), time slots will be 8am-2pm, 4pm-10pm, or 8am-10pm.
>>Important: For all rentals that wish to reserve the shelter for a full day - an entire morning and evening, you must select 8am-10pm (weekdays) or 9am-10pm (weekends), instead of two separate time slots.
If you wish to have a special activity or event during your reservation (e.g. food truck, bounce house, walk/run, etc.), please see the Special Use Information & Permit Application. Additional fees and insurance will be required.
