Tuesday Evening Classes

Creative Movement (4 week session)

Tuesdays | July 8-29 | 4:30-5:00pm | $45 Reg, $40 Roseville Resident

Ages 2-4 with adult partner

Parent and Me classes for ages 2-4 years old are a fun way to get your little ones moving while introducing them to a dance class setting. Dancers will learn the basics in ballet and vocabulary, fun creative movement, introduce listening skills, and play fun movement games to get dancers up and moving. Mom, dad, grandparents or baby sitters are welcome to attend with your dancers. Ballet shoes are recommended but not required. Socks are also an option.

Beginner Ballet (4 week session)

Tuesdays | July 8-29 | 5:05-5:35pm | $45 Reg, $40 Roseville Resident

Ages 4-5

For first time dancers with little to no dance experience. Work on the fundamentals of ballet while learning new vocabulary and fun creative movements. This class focuses on balance, fine motor skills and spatial awareness. Ballet shoes are recommended.

Intro to Hip Hop (4 week session)

Tuesdays | July 8-29 | 5:40-6:20pm | $50 Reg, $45 Roseville Resident

Ages 6-12

For dancers with some or no experience in hip hop. Come to an upbeat class learning different styles of street and urban dance techniques, play fun dance movements games and learn a fun dance you can perform at home. Tennis shoes/sneakers are required. 

Advanced Ballet (4 week session)

Tuesdays | July 8-29 | 6:25-7:25pm | $60 Reg, $55 Roseville Resident

Ages 12-18

Ballet is the foundation of many dance techniques. This class is highly recommended for upper level dancers to continue to strengthen their foundation while expanding Ballet skills. This class allows dancers to focus on improving their skills and technique while strengthening a solid foundation and speed, accuracy, and tightness of ballet combinations on choreography. Ballet shoes are required.

Ballet & Tap Combo II (4 week session)

Fridays | July 11-August 1 | 9:00-9:45am | $50 Reg, $45 Roseville Resident 

Ages 7-8

For dancers with some dance experience. Work on continuing to learn fundamentals of ballet and tap while learning new vocabulary and fun creative movements. This class focuses on balance, fine motor skills and spatial awareness. Ballet and tap shoes are recommended.

Intro to Acro (4 week session)

Fridays | July 11-August 1 | 9:50-10:35am | $50 Reg, $45 Roseville Resident

Ages 6-9

For dancers with some dance experience, no acro experience is needed. This class will teach basic tumbling and floor work skills that are often used in dance. This class will focus on strength, safety, and flexibility in acro skills and will help build upon any previously learned skills.

Ballet & Tap Combo 3 (4 week session)

Fridays | July 11-August 1 | 10:40-11:25am | $50 Reg, $45 Roseville Resident

Ages 9-12

For dancers with some dance experience. This class will introduce more complex concepts in the tap and ballet form. This class focuses on balance, fine motor skills and spatial awareness. Ballet and tap shoes are recommended.

Jazz Technique (4 week session)

Fridays | July 11-August 1 | 11:30am-12:15pm | $50 Reg, $45 Roseville Resident

Ages 9-12

For dancers with little jazz experience. Learn some fun jazz and technique and vocabulary. Dancers will work on flexibility, floor progressions and understanding of weight shifting. Jazz shoes are recommended.

Intro to Musical Theatre (4 week session)

Ages 10-18

Musical theatre is a form of theatrical performance that combines songs with acting and dance.  Musical theatre dance classes provide solid technical and performance training.  Jazz shoes are required. 

Social Dancing (4 week session)

Saturdays | July 12-August 2 | 10:35-11:35am | $60 Reg, $55 Roseville Resident

Ages 18+

Have you ever been at a wedding dance and feared going on the dance floor? If so, this class is for you! This class introduces students to dances like swing, salsa, and waltz and covers social dance etiquette. After this class, you’ll be ready to tear up the dance floor at your next social event. No previous dancing experience or partner is required.

Ages 55+

Are you yearning to get back into dancing like when you were younger? If so, this class is for you! This class will review several beloved social dances, including salsa, swing, jitterbug, and more! You’ll be sure to jump, jive, and wail after leaving this fun class! No previous dancing experience or partner is required. 

Ballroom Dancing (4 week session)

Saturdays | July 12-August 2 | 12:45-1:45pm | $60 Reg, $55 Roseville Resident

Ages 18+

Ballroom Dancing has long been a treasured pastime for many worldwide. This class takes a brief look into the styles of Waltz, Foxtrot, and Rumba. You won’t want to miss the opportunity to be the star at the next wedding or party you attend! No previous dancing experience or partner is required.
