Roseville Skating Center and Minnesota OVAL Updates

In 2023, the City completed a project to update elements of the John Rose MN OVAL that had outlived their useful life. The $3.9 million project was funded by Minnesota Capital Investment Bonds. 

The project entailed: 

• Updating the rink refrigeration system
• Updates to the underground drainage system
• Updates to the safety padding system
• ADA access improvements
