Housing Needs Assessment (2024-25)
The Roseville EDA has a goal of performing a housing study approximately every 5 years to inform City staff, Planning Commissioners, City Council/REDA members and prospective developers about housing needs within the community. These studies have also aided in the decision-making process surrounding land use requests and/or requests for public finance assistance.
In September 2024, the EDA contracted with Stantec to conduct an updated housing study and needs assessment, along with an effort to understand what resources and strategies could be employed to address homelessness and homelessness prevention. The EDA received the final report at its April 14, 2025 meeting.
