A Permit to Carry a Firearm must be requested through the County Sheriff’s Department in which you reside.
The Permit To Purchase Firearms application may be downloaded, completed and returned to the Roseville Police Department for processing. Applications may be mailed in or dropped off in person or in the drop box in the City Hall parking lot.
