Submitted RFP Questions:
Q. Can you please send me a plan that shows us the size and location of the storage room at Rosebrook Park?
A. Click here to find an overhead and two as-builts that include the location of the storage room. Please note, some (approximately half) of the storage room is needed for equipment storage.
Q. Jim mentioned that one of the large trees was going to be removed and the other large tree may go too. Would the city be taking care of that removal?
A. If the proposals call for the removal we will do it outside the project with a city contractor.
Q. Can the small tree just south of the two big trees, east of the building be relocated? If possible, who is responsible?
A. Possibly, we would again do that.
Q. If the new site does not cover the entire old play container footprint after removal of old playground who is responsible for that restoration?
A. All restoration is part of the contract.
Q. Are the vendors responsible for the rain garden earthwork or do we just have to take that space into consideration? If we are responsible, is there a specification for that as well as required sizing?
A. Yes, they should be part of your site design.
