Meeting Minutes

Commissioners Present:
Chairperson Zoe Jenkins, Recording Secretary Don Drackert, Commissioner Brad VanderVegt

Others Present:

      Chief Rick Mathwig

The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Jenkins at 1:00PM.  Ms. Jenkins welcomed Mr. Brad VanderVegt to today?s meeting, introduced him to all present and swore him in as a new commissioner.

The Agenda for today?s meeting was reviewed and approved as submitted.

3.

The minutes of the February 28, 2012, meeting were reviewed and unanimously approved.

The Commissioners and Chief Mathwig welcomed Mr. VanderVegt to the RPCSC and provided a general overview of the Commission and its responsibilities.  He was provided a copy of the Rules and Regulations of the Police Civil Service Commission of the City of Roseville dated January 1, 2011.  He was also provided general information on Minnesota State Statue 419 which governs the duties and responsibilities of Police Civil Service Commissions within the State of MN.

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 1:35PM.
