Welcome to Roseville Public Works Construction Updates for 2021. The Public Works Department will be utilizing this platform throughout this year's construction season to help keep residents updated on the status of projects it expects to impact city streets. The following project webpages have been updated:

Cleveland Watermain

Week of June 21- Watermain work will continue north of Langton Lake Drive. Brenner Avenue will remain closed. Restoration work will begin for areas south of Langton Lake Drive.

Week of June 28- Watermain work will continue north of Brenner Avenue. Brenner Avenue will remain closed. Restoration work will continue for areas south of Langton Lake Drive.

Road Closures and Detours

In order to perform the work, the northbound lane of Cleveland Avenue will be closed and traffic will be shifted to the middle lane. There will only be one lane of traffic in each direction with no turn lanes. Some local road closures will occur during the project and detours will be posted.  Access to homes and businesses will remain open. 

Brenner Avenue, just east of Cleveland will be closed for three weeks starting June 4.  Access to residents east of this location will remain open.

County Road B Utility Work

This project is scheduled to start in August with a duration of approximately 3 weeks. Our contractor will start on the Cohansey Blvd. intersection, then move to the Dale St. intersection. This schedule is dependent on coordination with the Xcel Energy gas line project and is subject to change.
