The Public Works Department will be utilizing this platform throughout this year's construction season to help keep residents updated on the status of projects it expects to impact city streets. 2021 Pavement Management Project

Week of July 5 – Milling/Paving Phase 2-4, Begin Concrete Work Phase 5-6
Week of August 15 – Begin Milling/Paving Phase 5-6
Cleveland Watermain

Week of July 13 – Watermain testing
Week of July 20 – Water services will be connected to the new main. Temporary water will be removed. Restoration work will continue through the project limits. Brenner Avenue should be opened this week.
Week of July 27 – Restoration work will continue through the project, included remaining curb and patching. Topsoil and boulevard restoration will occur.
Week of August 2 – The northbound Cleveland lanes will be milled and paved.
Week of August 9 - Final pavement marking will be installed and the road should be fully opened.
Road Closures and Detours
In order to perform the work, the northbound lane of Cleveland Avenue will be closed and traffic will be shifted to the middle lane. There will only be one lane of traffic in each direction with no turn lanes. Some local road closures will occur during the project and detours will be posted. Access to homes and businesses will remain open.
Brenner Avenue, just east of Cleveland, will be closed until the week of July 13. Access to residents east of this location will remain open.
