The following projects are ongoing in the City this week.  Visit the individual project webpages for additional information.  Please note that construction schedules are subject to change.

Pavement Management Project

Important project dates:

In progress – Continue mill and paving operations throughout project areas, Lexington Avenue pathway restoration, and retaining wall construction on County Road C2
September – Stormwater Improvements on Simpson Street
Late September - Milling and Paving Burke Avenue, Simpson Street and County Road C2

As this project includes multiple neighborhoods, when the contractor starts work, you may not see them in your neighborhood right away. They may begin in a different area and work towards your street. Please contact City staff if you have concerns about specific dates such as graduation parties, family reunions, etc.

Ramsey County Projects

Xcel Energy - Northeast Metro Gas Project
