Roseville Public Works Construction Updates

County Road B Reconstruction Project

Includes Pavement Management Project details for Eustis Street, St. Croix Street, St. Stephen Street, Fairways Lane, Fulham Street, Midland View Court, Acorn Road, Hwy 36 Service Drive, and Cleveland Service Drive

Week of May 13 - Affected residents should receive a newsletter in the mail.

Week of May 27 - Marked concrete curb and driveway sections will be removed. They will be filled with gravel so that access is maintained.

Week of June 3 - Storm sewer construction should begin. Access will be maintained to properties, but driveway access may be limited. Staff will inform impacted residents in advance. As we know more about the storm sewer installation schedule, we will update the website.

Rose Place, William Street, Burke Avenue, Marion Street, Woodbridge Street, Skillman Avenue, Albemarle Street, and Giesmann Street

Week of May 20 - begin mill and overlay of road surface
Week of June 3 - substantial completion

Roselawn Construction

Week of May 13 - concrete curb and driveway repairs
Week of May 27 - mill and overlay of road surface
Week of June 10 - substantial completion
