Roseville Public Works Construction Updates


There continue to be delays due to rain. The schedules currently anticipated are:

County Road B Reconstruction Project

Week of June 24 - Storm sewer pipes and structures delivered to the site. Curb and driveway removals begin for storm sewer construction. Tree removals scheduled for path repairs at St. Stephens cul-de-sac. 

Week of July 1 - Storm sewer construction begins on Acorn.

During storm sewer work access will be maintained to properties, but driveway access may be limited. Staff will inform impacted driveway residents in advance.

Pavement Management Project

Work is substantially complete on Rose Place, William Street, Burke Avenue, Marion Street, Woodbridge Street, Skillman Avenue, Albemarle Street, Giesmann Street, and Roselawn. An assessment hearing will be scheduled later this year for Falcon Heights properties.

Work on Midland Grove Road, Eustis Street, St. Croix Street, St. Stephen Street, Fairways Lane, Fulham Street, Midland View Court, Acorn Road, Hwy 36 Service Drive, and Cleveland Service Drive are not currently scheduled until mid-august. Updates for these roads can be found on the County Road B Reconstruction website.

Sanitary Sewer Main Lining Project

Cleaning and lining of sewer main continues at various locations throughout the city. The contractor will notify impacted properties at least 24 hours in advance prior to lining the main where their sewer service connects. 

Watermain on County Road B - Snelling Avenue to Lexington Avenue

Temporary water services are being provided to properties impacted by the watermain replacement being coordinated with Ramsey County’s County Road B reconstruction. The contractor will connect with impacted properties.

The survey and map close at the end of June. Visit the website soon to provide your input!
