No. The Roseville Passport Center is now offering both walk-in and appointment services to process Passport Applications and provide photo services. To schedule an appointment, visit rosevillepassportcenter.fullslate.com.
Note: The Passport Center begins a standby process for walk-in services one hour before closing time in an effort to complete as many transactions as possible. Requests for walk-in transactions occurring less than an hour before closing time cannot be guaranteed.

Passport application and service fees must be paid by check (personal, certified, cashier's, traveler's) or money order payable to "U.S. Department of State." Separate checks or money orders are needed for each application. One check for the entire family is no longer accepted. Unfortunately, these fees may not be paid with a credit or debit card.
All other fees, including processing and photo fees charged by the City of Roseville must be paid separately and may be paid by cash or debit/credit cards. A 2.15% bank fee will be charged to customers using any cards.
Yes, we take passport photos at our location. The fee for photos is $15 per person. Please note: we do not offer digital photos. Visit our Passports page for additional information.
