    3. Requested facility use is open to all Roseville residents and is non-discriminatory and non-political in nature.
    4. Our group may schedule up to 3 dates annually for no-cost facility use.
    5. Requested date falls between Monday and Thursday, and is not on a major holiday.
    6. Facility request is being made 10-60 days in advance of preferred date of facility use.
