The city tests the water several times each year by collecting samples from residents’ homes. The City of Roseville purchases its water from St. Paul Regional Water Service. That water is distributed to Roseville homes and businesses through more than 100 miles of pipes.
The city’s water supply is regulated by both The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Minnesota Department of Health.
The EPA requires water suppliers to provide consumers with an annual report detailing all substances detected in the water in the prior year. This report is designed to advance our customers' understanding of drinking water and heightens awareness of the need to protect precious water resources.
