Roseville has four shelters in Central Park. Outdoor park shelter reservations begin the first working day after January 1. A person can reserve a space online at Parks and Recreation at call 651-792-7006.
Ramsey County operates compost sites for disposal of leaves, grass, brush and other yard waste. Sites are open year round with limited hours from December to March. Roseville's leaf recycling site only accepts leaves and is open in the spring and fall.
We will send someone out to determine whether the blockage is in the homeowner’s sewer line or in the City’s sewer main.
If the blockage is in the homeowner’s sewer line (connection from the home to the sewer main), the homeowner is responsible to contact a plumber and pay any cleanup or repair costs.
